Editor V

Refund Policy

If Editor V is not what you needed, ask for your money back. There is no form and no argument.

Last updated 31 August 2026

The short version

14 days, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not need to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to ask

Email support@editor-v.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Say you want a refund. That is the whole process.

We action refunds within two business days. Once Paddle has processed it, the money takes a further 5–10 days to appear, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.

What is covered

  • Your first payment, within 14 days.
  • A renewal you did not expect, within 14 days of it being taken. If you meant to cancel and forgot, that counts — tell us and we will refund it.
  • A payment taken after you cancelled. Always refunded, regardless of how long ago it was.
  • A double charge or a billing error. Always refunded.

What is not covered

  • Payments older than 14 days, unless one of the cases above applies.
  • Accounts closed for breaking the terms of service, such as sharing a licence or defeating the subscription checks.

Cancelling is not the same as refunding

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel from inside the app, or from the link on any receipt.

Refunding returns money you have already paid. Once a payment is refunded, the paid features for that period end — but your account, your settings and your projects stay exactly as they are, and you drop back to the free plan and its 25 changes and 10 rollbacks a month. Nothing is deleted, no project is closed, and nothing you have already written to your own files is affected.

Try it before you pay

You do not have to buy Editor V to find out whether it works on your project. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire: you can open as many projects as you like, edit them visually, and apply up to 25 real changes to your source every month without paying anything. If the app cannot handle your project, you will know before you spend money.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to whatever your local consumer law gives you, not instead of it. If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, and Paddle, as the seller of record, handles that. Nothing here limits it.
