What to include for a bug
The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets fixed — but send it anyway if you only have the first line.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- Your Editor V version and macOS version
- Whether the project is Next.js or Vite, and roughly how it is set up
Editor V also has a built-in bug report that gathers this for you. It shows you the whole thing before it sends, and it never includes your source code.
Billing
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so invoices and card statements come from them rather than from us. For anything about a charge, write to us first — we can see your subscription and it is usually quicker.
Refunds are 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Privacy and your data
To see what we hold, get a copy, correct it, or delete your account, email the same address and say what you want. See the privacy policy for what we hold in the first place — which is less than you might expect, and never your code.
Who you are dealing with
Editor V is operated by Vladislav Briker, a licensed sole trader in Israel registered as Rebel Media. The person who answers is the person who wrote the app.
If something has gone wrong and email has not resolved it, the complaints policy says how long we take and what to do if we do not.
